Really? I have a two year old?
I feel like I definitely not old enough to have a two year old...and at the same time I feel like I've been a mom forever. Thank you Liam for making me a mommy. I love you so much!
-Let's see--Liam is such a fun little boy. He talks in sentences most of the time. Sometimes they are choppy sentences, but he's a smart little guy.
-We are still in the process of getting him completely potty trained. If we make him go potty every couple hours, he does fine. Which to me--is better than changing diapers.
-He sleeps in a big boy bed (toddler bed). Poor guy falls out sometimes still. But, he is able to open his door and come out in the mornings when he wakes up. I still get happy when I hear his little feet coming down the stairs.
-Unfortunately, going to bed is harder these days (Without a binky and crib). But, we're making sure to read him stories and keep a routine so that he knows what happens..
-Liam loves going to the living planet aquarium. His favorite things there are the otters, the jellyfish that are glow-in-the-dark, and they have this eel or something that can shock you..so they have these buttons you put your fingers on and you can feel a current.
-At church, he now does fine in nursery. Sort of. He cries when we leave him and apparently he is starting to be mean to the other kids..So hopefully he'll get over that.
-Liam likes to run and jump everywhere!
-He is a pro at using our phones and my kindle fire to get to games and everything.
-Lately he has been refusing to take naps. So at least every 3rd day he won't take a nap. Ugh.
-Liam knows lots of colors (he has been calling red yellow lately though and I don't know why),all of his ABC's, shapes, and lots more.
- He likes to make recipes with mommy (reckapees). And he always steals cookie dough from the bowl
- Catches on and mimics a lot. He is such a fast learner. Hopefully he can teach Gavin :)
- He's a pretty good big brother to Gavin. I catch him giving Gavin kisses, putting his arm around Gavin, giving Gavin toys, and just being sweet and saying "Hi, Gavin."..but I mean, he is also mean to Gavin when Gavin has one of his toys or we are holding Gavin and Liam wants attention.
We seriously love this kid SO MUCH. I can't think of everything right now that he loves, but he makes us so happy. I think he surprises us every single day with something new he is learning. He has the sweetest hugs and kisses. I hope he doesn't grow too old for them :( I still can't believe my baby boy is TWO! I love you buddy.
Enjoy some pics!
These are just some adventures we've been on.
Here are some of Liam playing at home:

My big SIX MONTH OLD!
Gavin, my little baby, is now six months old. Boy, does time fly. Here's a little update on his development in the past couple months..
Gavin has the most lovable personality. Seriously, you can't find a more expressive, usually happy kid! He is always smiling at people and really easily made happy.
He definitely loves mommy :) He cries when I leave room and gets really excited when I come back. In fact, every time I leave the room he will roll over and look the direction I left and be sad until I come back.
He is basically mobile. He rotates in circles all over the ground, rolls everywhere, gets on his hands and knees and scoots. He's not crawling yet, but i'm sure its going to happen soon.
He basically sits up on his own. He will still fall over occasionally but usually he is reaching forward and smoothly gets to his tummy.
He always needs something in his hands. He loves toys, and tries to reach for anything and everything he isn't supposed to have.
Gavin still doesn't like to take a bottle, but he will if he HAS to. So that's good. A little more freedom from mommy.
We just put Gavin in his own room about a month ago. I think it has helped a little bit? But he still isn't the best sleeper. Dang it.

Some fall fun!
Lots of big things have been going on this fall and I haven't had time to post about it!! Jessica got married, Jeffery left for his mission, my cousin Eleanor came to visit before her mission, and my sister Kayla had her baby!!!
Jess got married in the Salt Lake temple and everything was beautiful. It was a little hard to keep the little kids calm while we were trying to take pictures after the sealing, but it was fun.
Four days after the wedding we all went to lunch with Elder Jeffery LeBaron to say goodbye and send him off to Wisconsin for TWO years!!! We are so proud of him.
That same day Devin dropped me off in Park City at my uncle's house. My mom drove from New York to Ohio and picked up my cousin Eleanor to drive her out west for her mission... and because my little sister was having her baby! Anyway my mom came and picked me up in Park City so I could go hang out with my family and meet my new niece! She is beautiful and I am so happy for my little sister and brother in law Devon. All though, I am a little annoyed that both of my sisters had babies that weighed 2 lbs less than mine. What the heck?? Not fair!
Other than that we've been potty training Liam (going really well..he is basically trained), doing some mommy school. And we had our first few snow storms!!
We had a couple of visits from my sisters here and there. Celebrated Thanksgiving and now we are SOOO looking forward to being done with school and the HOLIDAYS!

Halloween
Happy late Halloween!! :)
Poor Liam is too pretty, several people didn't know whether he was a boy or girl. It's okay though, buddy...

A few fun things!
My sister Tyler has been coming to visit a lot. Which is great!! It's so nice to see some of my family every once in a while. Here's some pictures from Bridal Veil falls..Fall is my favorite season. It's soooo beautiful here!!
Corinn went to homecoming, so I decided we needed to go get manicures! It was nice to get away from the kids for an hour and get my hands massaged and all beautiful.
Jessica got married! We got to spend time with Russ, Michaela, Ryan, Kayla, Mav, and newest baby Carter! It was so much fun :) Plus Jessica got married. We went to the Salt Lake Temple for her sealing. It was beautiful! Thanks Tacy and Corinn for watching the babies so we could go in the temple!

Gavin is 4 months old!
This four month old baby is so beautiful. Well, handsome I guess. He has such gorgeous skin, the happiest sweetest little smile and is ultra kissable. I'm pretty much smitten.
Gavin enjoys eating his hands. He is actually a thumb sucker.
He likes to play with toys. Well, he likes to grab things and try to shove them in his mouth.
He won't take a bottle. (AH)
Occasionally will roll over tummy to back.
Laughs (for daddy mostly).
Reaches for my face :)
Doesn't like riding in the carseat at night. Usually he is fussy around 7:30-8ish pm.
Gavin is really inconsistent with sleep. Nap times are pretty set, but as far as sleeping through the night..not so much. Sometimes he'll sleep 10 hours straight. Sometimes he wakes up every hour all night long. Needless to say, this is not only a problem in the "mommy needs sleep" department, but also in the "milk production" department.
We love you so much Gavin. You're such a blessing to our home! You have made us all better people I think :)

Devin's 25th Birthday!
Devin turned 25!!!
To celebrate, we went out to Chili's (of course...it's his all time favorite restaurant). Then we went to Trafalga to the batting cages. Devin did great..and so did I :) Haha, I'm better than I thought I would be. Except that my hands were burning and numb afterwards. Happy Birthday Devin, I love you!
I found these tomatoes on Devin's plant!! He has been trying to grow tomatoes every year since we have been married--with no success. Haha, he said it was a birthday miracle!

New York Trip!
My parents moved to central New York back in January. I've been to visit once, but Devin hasn't. So we took a trip! Thanks, mom and dad. :) Tyler and her kids came too!! Tye was here a couple days before we headed to Vegas to fly out. (Yeah, my mom had to buy 5 tickets and so she saved like 1500 dollars or something for us to go from Vegas). Well, the drive was so scary to Vegas. It was raining and hailing and storming like crazy through the mountains. And it was night time. And Tyler scares me when she drives anyway!! :) Haha. Oh and did I mention our suitcases were ontop of the car...getting soaked?! HAHA. Oh, good times.
We let the kids play outside in Aunt Brenda's yard the day we were leaving. It was flooded. We were going to go swimming in her pool, but since it was storming we thought that was a bad idea. They had just as much fun running around in the huge puddles outside! Then we flew to New York.
Our first day we went to the Buffalo Zoo. The kids loved it! The rest of the time we just mostly hung out, went to visit my grandpa in his assisted living home, went to some church history sites, and built my mom's shop. Oh-- did I mention swimming in my mom's pool? It was beautiful outside (the pool was freezing)!!

He laughs!
Liam didn't laugh for a long time, and it was really hard to make him laugh. Gavin LAUGHS! :) It's adorable. Sorry the video is sideways...oh and that it's kind of loud. There was a fan on--making it a little hard to hear the full cuteness of his laugh! :)

First haircut--growing up.
My baby Liam is growing up. About a month ago, Grandma LeBaron gave him his first haircut!! I was so worried about it for some reason. Like, he was going to look funny or something. But I was really glad we did it, because he looked so handsome after. We gave him his binky (which we never did unless it was naptime or bedtime) so he would sit still. He did really well.
Speaking of binky- Liam no longer takes his. Well, he would if we gave it to him. But it's been almost 3 weeks now and he never even asks for it anymore. He doesn't even try to take Gavin's!! :) We're so proud of him.. All though, we've been having some rough nights because of it. I think it's finally getting better.
Liam is such a good big brother. I set Gavin next to Liam on the couch and turned on Baby Einstein- Baby Noah (Yeah, it is still Liam's favorite movie). Anyway, next thing I know Liam is holding up Gavin because he was sort of tilted over onto Liam. Then Liam continued to hold Gavin and told him all the animals in the movie. "Look, Gavin. Flamingo. Panda, Gavin." It was probably the sweetest thing I've ever seen.
Liam also is totally a little boy (Duh). I mean, he makes weird noises all the time. Jumps everywhere. Likes to run around..nonstop. And is definitely independent. He likes to do stuff all on his own. We love this crazy little almost-2-year-old. (Eeeek!)
I have soo many pictures on my phone but don't have the energy to upload them all right now. So here's a couple from his haircut session.
Gavin @ 3 months
Well, Gavin is now 3 1/2 months-ish. But anyway. At three months Devin told me he finally loved Gavin just as much as Liam. Seriously, Gavin's little smile is to die for. Gavin has a really strong personality---well, he's really good at showing his emotions. He can really scream, but he also get's really excited and happy. We love him so much. When he gets excited he usually turns his head and tries to eat whatever is closest (blankets, hands, toys, etc.) At three months he rolled over a few times (tummy to back). He can't quite figure out how to do it regularly.
Enjoy some cute pics!

Three Amazing Years
So, Devin and I were able to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. Devin
actually bought me a samsung galaxy 2 tablet. I love it!! Liam actually
loves it more than I do. But it's great for the family! :) He also
bought me flowers and a candy bar the day before our anniversary. What a
sweetheart! I got him a bunch of little stuff. lol.
On our anniversary, (August 15) Tacy came over after CNA school and watched Liam for us. We went out to eat at chili's, went shopping and bought me some earrings. Then we went bowling! Devin won... only after I told him how to throw the ball correctly ;) Then we went to coldstone and got ice cream..We did all this and still got home before Liam's bedtime lol. But it was so much fun! I'm so grateful for my handsome hubby and for these past three years. Here's to many more! I love you Devin :)
Unfortunately--Devin won bowling. I usually win our first game. But he beat me this time. (My nickname for bowling is Bert, the guy accidentally put Burke?)
Best picture we captured from our phone cameras...

Little things that make life better..
The little things for me that make life better?? Well, they are called children. :) They also tend to make life way more stressful and messy and hard...and noisy. But nothing makes me happier than these little monsters
The past few weeks we've been moving into our new apartment. It's a duplex home. And is way bigger than anywhere we have lived!! I love it. But it's still a disaster, and I've decided I don't care. It's more important to me to spend quality time with Liam & Gavin instead of getting really annoyed at Liam while trying to clean up and organize. :)
Liam is quite the talker. He cracks me up with lots of the things he says. For example- there was a wasp in our house on our window. He comes over to me and says, "mommy, bug. that one hurts you." Sure enough, a big scary wasp. The reason he says this is because I have an ant smasher game on my phone and if you squish the bees...game over. So when my sister was teaching him how to play, she would say, "No, not that one. That one hurts you." lol.
He also says "ya" all the time. He used to just say no if he didn't want something or repeat what he wanted (like fruit snacks or water) when I asked him. But he now says ya.
Liam likes to close doors on me and say, "see ya mommy."
I also love that when Liam sleeps he usually sleeps on his side, holding his blankets.
I was taking pictures of Gavin with his 2 months sign and Liam found it the next day and held it up saying, "cheese mommy".
Gavin has been SOO smiley and talkative. It's absolutely adorable. Nothing makes my day more than when Gavin gives me one of his beautiful smiles. He loves me :) It's seriously the sweetest thing ever. I'm pretty sure he weighs like 15 lbs. now. He doesn't seem like such a baby!! He's really precious when he sleeps...which is why I have so many pictures of him sleeping :)
Anyway, things make me happy other than my babies. But I just wanted to post some cute pictures!

Summer Fun!
Lately Devin and I have been trying to get outside. Since my double stroller isn't here yet, I have very little motivation to haul both kids to the car and take them somewhere. Or push Liam in the stroller and wrap Gavin to me (it gets soooo hot!!) Anyway. I also visited Idaho for 5 days while Devin was in Canada for a week.
Here are some pictures from before I went to Idaho!
Here are some pictures from Idaho. My aunt Karissa is crazy (in a good way). As you can see in the picture she is using a drill to make a bench--one handed! Her other hand she's been having surgery on, but that doesn't stop her! I also picked a TON of raspberries. Liam always plays with these little butterfly coasters my grandma has at her house. Oh- and a big thanks to Karissa for holding Gavin for me all the time while I was chasing Liam around. And Kayla and Tye-thanks for the breaks too. I'm glad you guys where able to help me out! Liam also LOVED uncle Devon :)
One of my best friends/roommates from college came to visit Utah! Her and her husband and little boy James are living in PA. Going to Penn State! Anyway, we were able to have them over to go swimming and have a little bbq. Our friends the Bozung's came and my sister and friend Ken came too. It was a lot of fun. It was so much fun to catch up with Sami and meet her ADORABLE little boy. What a cutie. Liam really warmed up to Ben and wanted to wrestle with him. It was pretty cute! It's just crazy to think that we are sort of grown up and have kids of our own!

Gavin is 2 months!
My little baby is 2 months old. Why is it that pregnancy goes so slow and after babies are born time goes by way too fast. This means summer is almost over!!! I was so looking forward to summer and now it's almost gone.
Well Gavin is now smiling and "talking" to me. It's probably the cutest thing. I love this little guy so much. His little smile is so precious. He is already a chunk. He weighs like 14 lbs I think. We go in to the doctors on Monday, so we'll see how much he really weighs. Gavin is also staying up for longer periods of time. Usually He is up for 1 1/2 hours at a time, then naps and eats. I'm sure this schedule will change soon.

LeBaron family visits!
So right after my family left we were lucky to spend time with Devin's whole family! Devin's mom's side of the family has a reunion every year -Leavitt Family Reunion-. We got to see tons of extended family members and enjoy their company. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for a little while because Devin had to go back at work (and we ran out of Gavin's diapers..yeah, he borrowed one from Mavrick. Size 5. haha..)
Then the rest of the week we mostly just hung out with Devin's family! It was so much fun to catch up! We went out to eat, went to seven peaks, played outside in the yard, and played games! It's so sad that Ryan & Kayla and Russell & Michaela live so far away. But we are glad to be able to see them every once in a while. Hopefully when Devin gets done with school and gets a GREAT paying job (haha, a girl can dream right?!..) we'll be able to visit them! Anyway- Liam was pretty picky with who he would hang out with. He had a hard time giving anyone who wasn't a "regular" (those who live in Utah) the time of day. And pretty much was whiny towards anyone he didn't want to play with!
Here are some pictures from Gavin's blessing day.

We went to Bridal Veil Falls
Enjoying the evening at Seven Peaks!
Unfortunately, Kayla was the picture taker most of the time..so we don't have many pictures of her! But it was so much fun spending time with family! Thanks for the pics Kayla! And we can't wait to see everyone again!
